One of my great passions is architecture and using this as my inspiration combined with other design elements I work to produce embroidered textural images. This is achieved using a technique of machine embroidery and intense layering of fabric and thread, handmade paper, wires and printing. The pieces range from small three-dimensional items, cards, exquisite embroidered bags, through to small and medium sized framed wall hangings. I am in the experimental stages of also moving into large-scale embroideries.
